1. Refunds & Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 7 days from the date of purchase by writing to us at help@awera.in with valid reasons for cancellation.
The deadline for cancellation is 7 days from the order date or the date your order processing began (whichever is earlier).
Please note that initial service or processing fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once the order has been processed beyond 5 days from the purchase date.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us by sending a clear written request to help@awera.in from your registered email address.
We will process your refund within 15 business days from the date we receive your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, and you will not incur any additional fees for such reimbursement.
2. Conditions for Cancellation and Refund
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded under the following circumstances:
- If 7 days have passed since the order date or order processing commencement.
- If the product has already been dispatched or delivered to the customer.
- If the product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- If the order includes personalized, custom, or made-to-order products.
- If the item has been reviewed, accepted, or confirmed by the customer as satisfactory.
Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase for any return or refund eligibility.
